Description of Work: Upgraded building Structural packages. 5 separate shutdowns of 10 days each to replace all structural support frames. Five 26,000 lbs pulleys rigged and replaced. 56,000 lbs of structural steel reworked or replaced. Engineered lift studies provided. Provided execution plans, work plans, Hazard assessments, ITP reports. Coordinated all subcontractors. 24hr continuous work shifts, completed 3 days ahead of schedule.
