Description of Work:
Complete the structural steel erection (400 plus tons), in the main building, Lift and Rigging Vessels, tanks, skids, Steel Piping Modular's 30 total, 600 ton cold box tower at 238 feet (highest structure at Long Lake), Fin fan Units 18 total at 17tons each.  Pre-commissioning assistance. Manpower increased to 200 employees in all trades in October 1st 2007. Aqua continues to work two shifts– Days and Nights into start up and commissioning.
