One of Aqua Industrial’s principal goals is to work in partnerships with the oil sands companies, aboriginal communities and organizations, to recruit, train young aboriginal people and offer apprenticeship opportunities in trades relevant to Aqua Industrial’s core business.
Aqua Industrial has the expertise to meet the challenge of recruiting and training the young aboriginal youth, by having the youth mentored and trained by highly skilled journeyman who not only have the trades skills but share in the commitment of the company which is to provide the oil sands industry with future highly skilled young aboriginal trades people.
Aqua Industrial strongly believes that we should be empowering the young aboriginal youth with not only trade skills but also with pride and self respect, and to also teach the aboriginal community.
Aqua Industrial management desires that all employees within their organization have a strong academic background allowing them to advance within the organization or within the industry at large.
Aqua Industrial will also support additional incentives to help potential applicants to upgrade their academic standards where their may be short falls.
